Clearwater Scientologists are active in the community and volunteer efforts which have become a hallmark of the Scientologists in the city. In the past year alone, Scientologists living in the Clearwater area contributed more than 300,000 man hours of volunteer service to the community. These volunteers were active in tutoring programs, environmental cleanups, food and charity drives, entertainment for children, sporting events, entertainment for senior citizens and much more.
